Diocese Database Registration

My Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

Peace and grace from our Lord Jesus Christ.

I would like to take the opportunity to inform everyone that we at the Coptic Orthodox Diocese of Los Angeles are in the process of updating all information in our database.  I ask that you kindly help us in completing this task, as this will be the official database of the Diocese of Los Angeles.  Consequently, if you do not register, your name will not be in our database and will not be included in our new and official mailing list. Since we are aiming to have accurate and updated information on everyone, therefore any old information we may have gathered in the past will not be imported into the new database.  In order to avoid redundancy in the provided information, we strongly recommend that only one person per household register himself and the entire family

The goal of this ongoing effort is designed to better serve you.  Therefore, we would like to mention some of the reasons for strongly urging you to register your family:

  1. We will be able to communicate directly with each member of your household in order to announce events that will be pertinent to each individual member, e.g., youth conventions, family retreats, etc.
  2. By having a record of the servants and the type of service each one is committed to, we can directly communicate with you regarding your area(s) of service and send pertinent announcements.  You can also send us directly your comments and feedback regarding any service or activity.
  3. We will have an accurate census of our Coptic community, and consequently our voice can be heard better as a community in the United States.

Please, rest assured that all provided personal information will remain strictly secure and will most certainly not be passed to any third party.  Furthermore, by creating a username, you will be able to login and personally update any of your information should changes occur.

If you have any questions, you may contact the administrative office of the Diocese at (714) 771-3377.

We look forward to receiving your registration online or by mail.  We appreciate your help and cooperation and thank you for taking the time to register.

May our Lord bless your lives.
