Father Paul Isaac was born in Loma Linda, California. He was a School Psychologist before he was called to the Priesthood. His Eminence Metropolitan Serapion accompanied by His Grace Bishop Suriel, His Grace Bishop Abraham, and His Grace Bishop Kyrillos ordained him as Full Deacon on January 31, 2021, and then ordained him as Presbyter on May 9, 2021, to serve at St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church in Honolulu, Hawaii.
In June 2024, Father Paul began to serve at St. Maurice Coptic Orthodox Church in Pomona, California.
