Father George Galla was born at Cairo, Egypt. He was a Controller at a Ship Management Company in Miami, Florida before he was called to the Priesthood. His Eminence Metropolitan Serapion accompanied by His Grace Bishop Abraham and His Grace Bishop Kyrillos ordained him as Archdeacon on August 25, 2019. On September 19, 2021, His Eminence Metropolitan Serapion accompanied by His Eminence Metropolitan Youssef, His Grace Bishop Suriel, His Grace Bishop Abraham, and His Grace Bishop Kyrillos ordained him as Presbyter to serve at St. Thomas The Hermit Coptic Orthodox Church in Temecula, California.
