Fr. Antony Mekael was born November 15th, 1982 in Cairo, Egypt.He earned his Law Degree from Ain Shams University, School of Law in 2003. He was an active servant in Egypt at St. Mary Church in El Zeitoun, Egypt.
Fr. Antony arrived in the U.S. in January 2012 and began to serve at St. Mary of Egypt, Newhall,CA as he began to study to pursue his career in Law. In January of 2015 he began working as a Supervising Paralegal at the Law Firm of Jacob Emrani. At this time Fr. Antony was serving at Holy Virgin Mary & St. Pishoy Los Angeles.
On October 2, 2016, H.E. Metropolitan Serapion, with H. G. Bishop Abraham,H. G. Bishop Kyrillos, the general bishops of the Diocese of L.A., along with H. G. Bishop Peter of North and South Carolina and Kentucky ordained Father Antony Mikael At Holy Virgin Mary Los Angeles where he served as a priest until March 2019. Father Antony currently serves as priest at St. Mary of Egypt Church in Newhall, CA.
