Father Angelos Guirges was born in Denver, Colorado. He was a Lawyer before he was called to the priesthood. His Eminence Metropolitan Serapion ordained him as a Presbyter on January 12, 2014, to serve at St. Mercurius and St. Abraam Coptic Orthodox Church in Torrance, California.
