Archdeacon Takla Labib was born in Cairo, Egypt. He was an Airforce Officer in Egypt. His Eminence Metropolitan Serapion accompanied by His Grace Bishop Abraham, His Grace Bishop Kyrillos, and His Grace Bishop Pigol, Abbot of the Holy Virgin Mary Muharraq Monastery ordained him as a Full Deacon and then an Archdeacon on October 10, 2019, to serve at St. George Coptic Orthodox Church in Bellflower, California.
