On Thursday, November 2nd, 2023, His Eminence Metropolitan Serapion accompanied His Grace Bishop Abraham and His Grace Bishop Kyrillos met with the diocesan clergy at St. Mary Coptic Orthodox Church in Victorville, California for the regular monthly meeting. The day began with the celebration of the Divine Liturgy followed by an agape meal and the meeting.
