On the Second Sunday of the blessed month of Koiahk, December 18th, 2022, His Eminence Metropolitan Serapion accompanied by His Grace Bishop Abraham and His Grace Bishop Kyrillos laid hands on and ordained the blessed servant Rifaat Nakhla, as Deacon Arsani for the Christ loving Diocese of Los Angeles to serve at Holy Resurrection American Coptic Orthodox Church.
The ordination took place at Holy Resurrection American Coptic Orthodox Church in Culver City.
Apart from our father His Eminence and their Graces all or part of this blessed event was Presbytery Fr. Cyril Gorgy.
