Dear Bishop Serapion:
Greetings in the love of Christ!
It is Sunday afternoon and I just read the news of the tragic death of 21 Copts brothers (not sure if there was any women) at the hands of IS terrorists.
I pray for the eternal rest of their souls and for their grieving families.
May the Almighty Father grant their families and the whole Coptic family peace in the midst of this senseless and tragic crimes.
May the words of the psalmist brings you consolation and hope: “I remain confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.” (Psalm 27:13-14 NIV)
