The Diocese joyfully announces the ground breaking ceremony for the new church building at St. John the Baptist Coptic Orthodox Church in Oxnard on Friday, September 12 from 12:30-1:30 pm, following the Divine Liturgy from 9:00-11:00 am. His Grace Bishop Serapion will preside over the Divine Liturgy and ceremony, which will take place at the new church building address:
